Ingredients

  • 1/2 Can LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup cold LA LECHERA® Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin Powder Dissolved in 1/4 cup of boiling water
  • 1 Cup Passion Fruit Pulp

¡Let’s cook!

Step 1

  • 1.Place the LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk together with the very cold LA LECHERA® Evaporated Milk and the passion fruit pulp in the blender and/or blender. Process everything until it doubles in volume.

Step 2

  • 2.Add the gelatin to the blender, previously dissolved in boiling water. Cool the mixture slightly before placing it in the blender. Continue blending until everything is incorporated.

Step 3

  • 3.Place the preparation in individual glasses and refrigerate until it becomes consistent, 2 hours minimum.
